Common Questions

How do I restore Premium?

Open Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Are my photos uploaded to the cloud?

No. Photo proof is stored only on your device. Batten does not upload photos to our servers.

How does the geofence reminder work?

Premium users can set a home location and enable background location. Batten nudges you when you leave without completing a round. You can turn this off anytime in Settings.

Does Batten work offline?

Yes. Manifests, rounds, receipts, and photo proof work without an internet connection.

How do I delete my data?

Remove the app from your device. All local data is deleted with the app.
