Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Sippin', a hydration companion app published by Small Signal Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using Sippin', you agree to these Terms.

The app

Sippin' helps you track hydration, set daily goals, receive optional reminders, and unlock optional Premium features through Apple In-App Purchase. The app is designed to work primarily on your device without a Sippin' account.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Premium is available as monthly, annual, and lifetime In-App Purchases through the Apple App Store.
• Annual plan: includes a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, then $14.99 per year unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Monthly plan: $2.99 per month, billed through your Apple ID.
• Lifetime plan: $24.99 one-time purchase through the App Store.
• Prices may vary by region; Apple shows the localized price at purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• You can restore purchases from Settings → Restore purchases in the app.

Health and wellness disclaimer

Sippin' is a general wellness and hydration-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified health professional for medical questions. Do not rely on the app for emergency or clinical decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law or Apple’s App Store terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. Hydration logs and settings are stored on your device unless you enable optional features described in that policy.

Intellectual property

Sippin', its branding, and related materials are owned by Small Signal Studio or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Small Signal Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
